Homestead Heaven

We have a number of Homestead Regions available.  Two, FairChang Sirena and FairChang Paragua, are available for US$105 monthly tier, or approx L$28,950 monthly depending on LindeX exchange.  That works out to L$6680 weekly,  compare that to other Estates offers!
All tiers are payable in US$ via PayPal or in L$ at one of our ATMs.
Just tport over to one of these Homestead islands and buy for L$30,000 and that includes the first month’s tier.  You will be made Estate Manager and you are welcome to enjoy the landscaping and home we have put up or just return it and put up your own. You are also welcome to reterraform keeping it according to the Covenant.
FairChang Islands includes 41 connected regions with waterways for your boating pleasure,  there are also 6 regions with roads so you can use your car or bike!

We also have Homesteads with three or four islands,  wonderful opportunity to live surrounded by water for your swimming or sailing pleasure..

We have a number of tropical islands of 1024m2.  The monthly tier is US$9 monthly payable through PayPal or pay in L$ at one of our ATMs.  Monthly tier in L$ is approx L$2,500*

TPort to FairChang Del Sol 9 and buy for only L$2,500 and that will include your first month’s tier. It comes landscaped and with a home,  keep and enjoy or just return and put up your own.

There are three 1024m2 islands currently available on FairChang Mirador.

Tport to FairChang Mirador 2,  FairChang Mirador 4 or FairChang Mirador 11 and pick up one for L$2,500 and that includes the first month’s tier.

The beautiful region of FairChang Cabos has one 1024m2 parcel available,  tport to FairChang Cabos 13 to purchase land in this unique region that is only attached to FairChang Islands on the west side.

FairChang Kumori has one 1024m2 available, tport over to FairChang Kumori 11 and take a look.  It comes with it’s own baathouse and boat for your use, or just return and put up your own home.

On Turning Eight

I joined, signed up to Second Life eight years ago today!  Born Pituca Chang.  Hard to believe but true.  So many wonderful friends and I have seen so many wonderful creations.
I would also like to say Happy Eighth Rez Day to those I share this day with, Cristiano Midnight, Maggie Miller, Chibi Chang and especially to Fleabite Beach (that wonderful kitty who was my Maid of Honor in our SL and our RL wedding).
I would like to take this opportunity to remind everyone of our freebie store.  Garth and I put all the content we made up for L$0 in early 2008.  ‘Only The Best Will Do’.  It is old but not shabby!  Garth was prolific with all kinds of vehicles from morphing vehicles to bicycles.  His scripting is peerless.  He always said he wasn’t good at textures, but they are simple and clean.  And the best running ones around. 
His birds still soar over Second Life homes, so come pick up one for your place if you don’t yet have one!
